"Do everything in our power, in accordance with the highest professional standards on behalf of our clients' best interests who deposit their trust on us"

Founded in 1999, resulting of the alliance between two firms JOÃO MOTA CAMPOS e Associados, which through its senior partner Prof. João Mota de Campos practices law since 1950, and PATRÍCIO, CORRÊA MARTINS e Associados, whose associates practice law since 1984.

PMCM brought together the experience and knowledge of the two founding firms acquired over two generations of law practice, which by their continued practice earned professional prestige and respect from their clients. Since its beginnings in Braga in 1950, the associate’s advocacy has evolved into a practice increasingly modern and specialized, which over the years has allowed efficient handling of the highly complex cases and the most demanding clients.

The constant pursuit of professional excellence and creating real added value for our clients is the professional philosophy of the firm.

In fact, 55 years after its foundation, the firm lawyer’s action logic boils down to «do everything in our power, in accordance with the highest professional standards on behalf of our clients' best interests who deposit their trust on us».

Being a small law firm whose partners all had a strong general education and started their professional experience in the courts bar, PMCM is today a law firm with sectoral specialization, which works on a basis of small teams who combine their knowledge and different experience degrees.

The professional practice of PMCM lawyers covers the main areas of the law as well as the less common, such as European Law.
PMCM is part of, nationally, the consortium APORT Lawyers, with offices in Oporto and Algarve, so being present in the main markets of the country. On an European and international level, PMCM maintains excellent relations with several EU and EEE, Brazil, Angola and Mozambique offices.
